Leapest Is Now Leapest by EdCast
Leapest is joining forces with EdCast. Together we will realize our shared vision to support enterprises building the workforce of the future through creating abundant opportunities for learning and upskilling.
Leapest is joining forces with EdCast and has entered into an agreement to be acquired. EdCast is an award-winning, AI-powered Learning Experience Platform (LXP) based in Mountain View, CA, the heart of Silicon Valley. We are very excited that EdCast has identified Leapest as a strategic partner that offers a strong fit for their global growth plans.
While we become a part of the EdCast team, we will continue to operate as a separate business unit/business line. We will continue building on the Leapest Platform and Marketplace for training resources. EdCast will offer us commercial and technical capabilities to enable us to deliver best-in-class products to all users on the Platform.
EdCast is well-known for its AI-powered machine learning engine. All users on Leapest will benefit from any future improvements with such innovative technologies on the Leapest Platform. We expect to be able to offer a world-class learner experience powered by AI in the near future as we integrate Leapest into technologies offered by EdCast.
Furthermore, we believe that this is very exciting news for our seller community. EdCast’s award-winning platform is used globally by Fortune 500 companies and government organizations, including Deloitte, HPE, Schneider Electric, ANZ Bank, Jefferson Health and Dell EMC. EdCast was selected by NASSCOM and World Economic Forum to power public-facing upskilling and reskilling initiatives for multi-million user bases and is expecting to power similar initiatives in many other countries. The products and services on Leapest will gain wider exposure as we join forces with the EdCast Knowledge Cloud. Also, we will combine the commercial capabilities of both companies and there will be a global sales force on the ground in three continents.
We look forward to growing our partnership with our sellers and continuing serving our buyers and bringing the widest portfolio of training content, certifications, and instructor services as the destination for all training resources.
This acquisition demonstrates how the LXP market is growing up. By acquiring Leapest, EdCast becomes both an LXP and a true content network, adding LMS features as well. This changes the game, and has the potential to add tremendous new value for corporate training buyers.commented by global industry analyst, Josh Bersin, in an article published recently.
